Silk screen printer, Transfer Vinyls, Sublimation
We use three methods to print onto 100% cotton T-shirts. The most common and well-known method is silkscreen printing. We use plastisol ink to print on the garments. The inbk is cured at high temperature to give a quality finish to last many washes.
Transfer printing using vinyls is ideal for smaller runs. It's perfect if you want a quick text printing on T-shirts in a limited colour choice to avoid set-up charges. The washability is also very good in vinyl printing.
Sublimation printing is used for short-run orders if there are more than three colours to be printed. Full colour artworks printed on polyester T-shirts, avoiding screen set up charges per colour.
